Remember it is OTG and the sugar is delivered after it has been nationalized. All documents are delivered from the beginning. They are established in the purchase contract.
DDP - USA - MIAMI FL. USA
SUGAR ICUMSA 45 – DDP PROCEDURE MIAMI, USA
First: CIS -KYC-POF
1.- The Buyer sends ICPO/LOI indicating: monthly amount, total contract amount, target price, DDP delivery term
(designated place), complete data of the purchasing company and details of the issuing bank.
2.- The Seller issues the FCO with the product specifications, price, quantity, delivery term DDP MIAMI USA
(designated place), shipping schedule and payment structure.
3.- The Buyer signs and returns the FCO confirming the acceptance of the commercial and payment conditions.
4.- The Seller issues the draft of the SPA. The Buyer reviews, signs and returns. The Seller countersigns and sends
the fully executed SPA.
5.- The Seller issues the Proforma Invoice (PI) in accordance with the signed SPA. The Buyer signs and seals the IP
and returns it.
6.- The Buyer submits the draft SBLC (MT760 format) for review by the Seller's Financial Department, who returns
the approved text signed and sealed.
7.- The Financial Department of the Seller and the Buyer coordinate a bank call to confirm the issuing bank, the
advising bank, the receiving bank, SWIFT data, the validity, amount/coverage and the message schedule.
8.- The Buyer's bank sends an MT799 notice to the Seller's bank. Upon confirmation of conformity, the Buyer's
bank issues the final SBLC MT760 to the Seller's bank.
9.- The Seller's bank verifies and authenticates the SBLC with the issuing bank. Only after validation, the Seller
assigns the product and schedules shipment.
10.- After loading, the Seller manages the international transportation and the import and customs process in the
United States, delivering the merchandise under DDP to the designated place in Miami. The Buyer must have its
reception capacity ready at that place to avoid delays and costs due to delays.

11.A – CONDITION OF PAYMENT TO THE CHARGE
Payment will be made at one hundred percent (100%) against cargo documents, as established in the SPA.La
delivery under DDP does not modify the time of payment, which is expressly fixed to the cargo of the product.
11.B – PAYMENT AT DESTINATION CONDITION (DDP USA)
Payment will be made one hundred percent (100%) at destination, after the arrival of the merchandise at the
designated place in Miami and the complete delivery of the documentation in accordance with the SPA.
For this modality, the Buyer must issue an irrevocable, unconditional and verifiable SBLC for an amount equivalent
to two (2) months of shipments, with a minimum validity of twelve (12) months, in favor of the Seller.
The payment must be released within the maximum period agreed from the notification of arrival and documentary
presentation. Payment at destination does not affect the irrevocable, unconditional and enforceable nature of the
SBLC.

Proceedings of the SBLC – Purchase Order Sugar Icumsa 45
First: CIS - Brief Summary
The Buyer issues a Letter of intent (LOI) or an irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order
(ICPO) with CIS with full corporate details and copy of the signer’s passport
Seller issues a complete corporate offer (FCO) if they send only LOI
The buyer signs and seals the FCO page and returns it to the seller.
The Seller issues a draft contract for sale (SPA) which shall incorporate the full terms and conditions of the SPA.
The Buyer signs and seals each page of the SPA and returns it to the seller.
The Seller completes the SPA signs it, seals and issues a Pro Form invoice that the seller sends to the buyer, buyer after receiving from the seller the signed SPA and the Pro Form invoice, within 3 working days, the buyer returns the Pro Form invoice to the Seller, accepted by the signature and stamped.
The buyer issues a SBLC- Guarantee in favor of the Seller as security for shipments and before sending the guarantee by swift. The buyer will send a final draft of the seller for verification and approval (to avoid errors and unnecessary expenses).
Seller bank issues a performance bond guarantee of 2% within ten business days of swift MT760 confirmation of SBLC sent to Seller Bank.
Bank to Bank (POP) product proof will be sent within the 10 banking business days of confirmation of the swift MT760 by the seller's bank.
The first shipment will begin within 25 business days after confirmation of the SBLC by the seller's bank.
The Buyer's make the payment to the Seller’s bank account immediately (swift MT103) after loading the material with the bill of landing and audited SGS report is provided, know and accepted by both companies
