Our capacity to supply, Jet Fuel 1, Diesel and Gasoline for export from USA, is by vessel it can be delivered in the destination ports chosen by the client, the buyer must have an import permits.

Manufacturers and distributors, purchases available from Minimum order of 500 metric tons Maximum 4,000, in containers, nationalized delivery in East Ports or Everglades Florida, 12-month contract required, first delivery in 25 days, then staggered as agreed.
Remember it is DDP and the sugar is delivered after it has been nationalized. All documents are delivered from the beginning. They are established in the purchase contract.

ICUMSA SUGAR 45 -CIF
Proceedings of the SBLC – Purchase Order Sugar Icumsa 45
The Buyer issues a Letter of intent (LOI) or an irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order
(ICPO) with CIS with full corporate details and copy of the signer’s passport
Seller issues a complete corporate offer (FCO) if they send only LOI
The buyer signs and seals the FCO page and returns it to the seller.
The Seller issues a draft contract for sale (SPA) which shall incorporate the full terms and conditions of the SPA.
The Buyer signs and seals each page of the SPA and returns it to the seller.
The Seller completes the SPA signs it, seals and issues a Pro Form invoice that the seller sends to the buyer, buyer after receiving from the seller the signed SPA and the Pro Form invoice, within 3 working days, the buyer returns the Pro Form invoice to the Seller, accepted by the signature and stamped.
The buyer issues a SBLC- Guarantee in favor of the Seller as security for shipments and before sending the guarantee by swift. The buyer will send a final draft of the seller for verification and approval (to avoid errors and unnecessary expenses).
Seller bank issues a performance bond guarantee of 2% within ten business days of swift MT760 confirmation of SBLC sent to Seller Bank.
Bank to Bank (POP) product proof will be sent within the 10 banking business days of confirmation of the swift MT760 by the seller's bank.
The first shipment will begin within 25 business days after confirmation of the SBLC by the seller's bank.
The Buyer's make the payment to the Seller’s bank account immediately (swift MT103) after loading the material with the bill of landing and audited SGS report is provided, know and accepted by both companies
